Rumah Hujan Estate consists of two properties and a badminton pavilion designed using locally sourced materials, including volcanic stones and reclaimed timber, surrounded by abundant nature, providing privacy between each house while maintaining a harmonious unity.
RUMAH HUJAN
Rumah Hujan is primarily a private residence, an elegant three-bedroom villa perched on the edge above the river Wos and overlooking a lush tropical valley.
RUMAH SENJA
Rumah Senja is a spacious two-bedroom villa across two floors with a large terrace, a small private garden and jungle views.
Design
All architecture, interiors, and landscaping are designed by Studio Jencquel, the boutique design studio located on the property. Drawing on the principles of slow design, Studio Jencquel focuses on harmonious composition through architecture, furniture and design.
